Refunds

• Cancel any time. Your plan stops renewing and runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• First payment: if Yukti Stay isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Charged by mistake (a double charge, or a renewal after you cancelled): we refund it in full.
• Otherwise we don't refund part of a period, but you keep the plan until it ends.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Write to admin@yuktiapp.in with the email of your account.
